Driving Yourself To National Parks National Parks have always been one of the biggest interests for families with regards to take vacations, but for many years have not been as popular as other tourist destinations.  This is probably because you cannot fly from your initial location directly to national parks, as there is a protected space around them and they are relatively remote.  On doing research on things like how to visit the grand canyon, people find that even from the nearest location where they can fly into, there will still be upwards of a 4 hour drive from that city to the grand canyon itself.  The amount of driving that was necessary in order to visit these spaces has always been problematic for creating large amounts of tourism and interest, and as a result the popularity of national parks over the course of the last decade or so was waning.  Even though advertising campaigns did create larger tourism numbers, the national parks were always secondary to other tourist locations.  With the Coronavirus pandemic creating a situation where crowds cannot gather and interior types of entertainment are no longer able to operate, we find that interest in national park areas has grown significantly.  People are more willing to make the drive because there are not as many entertainment options on the table, and even though there are still many options available as far as his group tours with companies like ours, many people still would like to drive themselves.  This desire to maintain extra social distance from anyone who would come in contact with you creates the need for a new type of tour product.  Anyone can drive to the grand canyon, but getting the insight and direct turn by turn aspects to get you from one interesting location within
