National Park Self Guided Tours 2020 was a year where things became very different, and both businesses and individuals alike needed to change the way they approach will work and entertainment. Because of the continual increase in corona virus cases, there’s been little to no alleviation in the amount of social distancing and safety suggestions that are being issued by both states and the national government as well. We’re all encouraged to wear masks and keep a 6 foot distance between our cells in those we do not know, as well as utilizing continual hand washing and sanitizing so as to stop the advancement of the pandemic. This has had a significant impact on the travel industry, where travel to and from areas has been rendered quite difficult because of restrictions on flying as well as a general avoidance of it by people who do not want to be confined in an area with those they do not know for extensive periods of time. Because the majority of tours to national Parks and other tourist locations generally will involve remaining in an enclosed vehicle during at least several hours of travel time, we have seen a lot of tour companies shutter operations simply because they cannot maintain the social distance necessary within their vans and buses and still turn a profit. Companies need to put a certain amount of people into their vehicle in order to make money on that tour, and as they have not been able to put that number of people safely into their vehicles they have decided to stop tours altogether. While we have continued to operate utilizing CDC guidelines as far as safety protocols as well as reductions in the amount of people on our vans so as to allow for social distance, we understand
